Eligibility and Qualification Criteria 2026–

Agniveer Soldier (General Duty / Open Sportsman)

• Education: Class 10th / Matric pass.
• Marks: Minimum 45% aggregate in 5 basic subjects.
• Subject Minimum: At least 33% marks in each of those 5 subjects.
• Grading System: Equivalent grades apply for boards using a grading system.

Agniveer Tradesmen (10th Pass)

• Education: Simple Class 10th Pass.

Agniveer Tradesmen (8th Pass)

Agniveer Clerk

• Education: Class 12th pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, or Science).
• Aggregate Marks: Minimum 60% overall.
• Subject Minimum: Minimum 50% in each individual subject.
• Mandatory Rule: Must secure at least 50% specifically in English and Maths/Accounts/Bookkeeping.
• Skill Test: Mandatory Typing Test. A speed of 15 words per minute (wpm) in English is desirable

Age Limit

• The age limit for candidates is 18 Year Minimum
• Age will be calculated as of August 3, 2026.
